Aging: 12 months in French Barrique, 12 months in stainless steel vats, 12 months in bottles.

Tasting notes: Sweet and incredibly aromatic. Raisin, dried figs and apricots, licorice, cinnamon and balsamic notes.

Perfect with desserts, biscuits, bakery and as an after dinner drink.
