Aging: 10 months in stainless steel vats
Tasting notes: Fruity, wood flavors, small red fruits, blueberries, flowery, roses and violets. Medium bodied. Smooth but fresh and fruity.
Food pairings: Platters, cheese and cold cuts. Ragù Pasta, meat.
Alcohol: 12,5 %
