Tenuta Lenzini – Vermignon

Region: Tuscany – Colline Lucchesi

Grapes: Vermentino and Sauvignon

Vinification: White. Fermented by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats.

Aging: Vermignon is a blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon produced in the hills of Lucca which ages in steel for about 6 months.

Tasting notes: The grapes grown in Biodynamics are exalted together in a completely floral and delicately fruity bouquet. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly savory with floral notes that confirm the sensations experienced during the olfactory phase.
