Grapes: 100% Greco Moro

Farming: Organic

Appearance: Pale yellow color with greenish hues

Tasting Notes: Peach-scented, natural notes of almond cut hay and fern, dry, harmonious corposamente, savory prelude to mineral notes.

Vinification: soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 12 days.

Aged: in the bottle for about a year.

Food Pairings: We recommend to pair it with Sushi and more generally with fish dishes ranging from the simplest carpaccio to important fish first courses.

It also goes very well with young or medium-aged cheeses, even if they are quite aromatic. Also interesting are the combinations with white meats.
